Protein from plants in a Nordic Bio-Economy

Workshop in Copenhagen, 20-21 November 2014

The focus of this workshop was plant protein production in the Nordic countries and it is part of the project “Sustainable Nordic protein production”. The aim was to bring together a wide range of stakeholders involved in this issue and to facilitate knowledge dissemination and networking among stakeholders that do not normally meet.
