NordGen Plants’ Working Groups

En grupp människor står i ett fält med ärtor.The working groups and the national programs constitutes the very core of NordGen Plants’ network of Nordic experts. They also contribute with important continuity in the work done. The working groups contribute with insights to each Nordic country’s operations with genetic resources and is also important for knowledge exchange and network contacts.

The working groups are detrimental to secure that NordGen’s work is relevant and of high quality. Through the participants’ gathered expertise, NordGen is granted invaluable advice regarding which activities to engage in and how to use the Nordic cooperation in the best possible way.

NordGen Plants’ working groups are composed by one or two experts from each Nordic country as well as two representatives from NordGen. The groups are divided by the different plant species. Here below, you can see all the working groups as well as contact info for more information.
