This year, a new collaborative project on Nordic crop wild relatives begins. Wild plant diversity for resilient Nordic food systems – a nature-based solution is a two-year project that will be coordinated by NordGen, partly as a continuation of previous projects. The meeting will include:
• Information on the Nordic Council of Ministers Nature programme
• An update on previous Nordic activities on crop wild relative conservation
• Information on project activities such as conservation planning, diversity analysis, seed conservation and communication
• Opportunities for networking and cooperation within the framework of the project
