In February, NordGen arranges a farm animal conference titled Milestones, challenges, and Nordic collaboration of livestock conservation. The purpose of the conference is to share the current status of the Nordic farm animal genetic resources, raise awareness on the importance of biodiversity in agriculture and identify challenges and possibilities in safeguarding animal genetic diversity for the future.
